Q: Tell us about your experience, good and bad, with your dentist.
A: Deintydd yn Rhuthun wedi canslo fy apwyntiad diwethaf ar o leiaf 2 achlysur cyn cyhoeddi eu bod yn troi’n gwbl preifat. Y llythyr gwreiddiol yn awgrymu byddai’r gwasanaeth trwy’r Gwasanaeth Iechyd yn dod i ben ar ôl fy apwyntiad olaf. Bellach wedi derbyn llythyr pollack yn dweud na fydda’i hyd yn oed yn cael apwyntiad olaf ym mis Mehefin. Y cwmni heb ymateb i fy ebost yn gofyn am eglurhad.

Dentists in Rhuthun put back my appointment at least twice. Then wrote to me to say they would no longer offer NHS treatment. Initial letter suggested if I didn’t want to go private my last appointment would be my last with them. Then received another letter advising that I was no longer a patient as not signed to go private. No response from them to my email asking if I will have a final appointment on the NHS so I assume that’s me now without a dentists.

Mae’r bai ar Llywodraeth Cymru ond hefyd y deintyddfa am drin pobl fel hyn.

The Welsh Government are to blame along with the dental practice for treating patients this way. Very disappointed.

A: I have to pay for private dental care, it’s VERY expensive, this week my crown came out, I’ve fixed it myself with dental glue bought from Amazon, it cost me £100 to fix it at the dentist, the last time it came out .😩
