Q: Tell us about your experience, good and bad, with your dentist.
A: I telephoned for an appointment with my dentist last year only to be told they were only seeing patients from 2018 and as I was seen in 2019 I would have to wait until they had caught up from 2018. I’ve not heard anything since. So basically they are 4 years behind with patients which is totally unacceptable

Q: Tell us about your experience, good and bad, with your dentist.
A: The dentist asked what I did for work and then said he couldn’t do my route canal on the NHS. He wanted me to pay £400+ and I couldn’t afford it. So I couldn’t get it done. Thankfully it’s not painful. They also wanted me so sign up to a payment plan. Dentists are trying to push people towards private care.

Q: Tell us about your experience, good and bad, with your dentist.
A: I was a patient with my dentist in Ruthin for 30 years and was informed by post 3 months ago they are no longer taking NHS patients from June 23. I am currently on LWC and PIP due to a chronic disease, but even though I tried to register as a private patient with my dentist there is no more availability. I can not find anywhere( I have contacted every dentist even as far away as over 30 miles)The nearest one I can get in as a private patient is 25 miles away which I will have to join as it scares me not being able to get hold of a dentist but equally it frightens me as I simply cannot afford the monthly fees never mind needing treatment.

Q: Tell us about your experience, good and bad, with your dentist.
A: During Covid 3 of my family were removed from NHS care with our local dentist because they did not have a check up for 18 months when it was dangerous to do so and almost impossible to get anything except urgent care. This was common practice across north east wales dental practices and grossly unfair
