Q: Tell us about your experience, good and bad, with your dentist.
A: My dentist was great. But thanks to new nhs policies they could not get anyone to work for them and were forced to stop seeing NHS patients. We have yet to find a new NHS dentist within an hours drive

Q: Tell us about your experience, good and bad, with your dentist.
A: We are long standing patients at the MyDentist practice, Rhyl. All dentists at the practice are now private with no prospect of NHS check-ups or treatment. My wife is in need of extensive dental treatment which, privately, will cost thousands. We have paid for over 40 years into the government coffers and are now treated like leppers. The now private dentists at Rhyl MyDentist, were all NHS trained and glad of work. Yet, the same practice at Abergele is seeing its patients on the NHS and is providing a fair service. Our son, desperate for dental treatment, could not find an NHS dentist across north Wales and was forced to pay £3000 for an extraction, cap and clean. There is a suspicion that some former NHS practices are exploiting the failure of NHS dentistry to make money. The situation for most residents is unacceptable and our Cardiff Labour government is complicit and has abandoned NHS dentistry in north Wales.

Q: Tell us about your experience, good and bad, with your dentist.
A: I have paid privately for 15 years as I was struggling to find a NHS dentist, my experience is mostly good, however, the monthly price increases regularly and there is no way if challenging this.
